How it works

From your website to a full calendar.

Setup takes about twenty minutes. After that the weekly rhythm is the same: Kanopy proposes, you approve.

1

Connect your site and socials

Paste your website and hand over the social handles you actually use. Kanopy reads them the way a new hire would — what you sell, who you sell it to, and how you talk about it — and writes it down.

Review your Brand Card

Everything it inferred is in one editable profile: voice, audience, palette, positioning and content pillars. Correct anything that is off. This is the single thing every later draft is written from, so ten minutes here is the highest-leverage ten minutes you will spend.

Pick from the week's ideas

Each week Kanopy pitches ideas grounded in your Brand Card, your competitors' recent posts, and the gaps in your own calendar. Every idea says why it is being suggested. Approve the ones that fit; skip the rest and they are gone.

Review the drafts

Approved ideas come back as finished drafts — copy, on-brand images, captions and hashtags. Edit them directly, or ask for a change in plain language and Kanopy rewrites that part.

Watch the calendar fill

Approved work lands on your content calendar on the date it was written for. Kanopy does not post to your accounts — it preps everything and hands it to you, and you publish wherever you already publish.
